1. Remove all loose particles from the surface by using brush or broom and surface should be
cleaned with water.
2. All RCC Surface to be properly hacked approximately 50 to 60 hacks per sq. fit and hack
should be 10 to 15 mm deep. To eliminate hacking use Hi-Tech plaster bond.
3. Pre wet surface before application of plaster to achieve high coverage and for easier
application.
4. Use clean water, clean tools and clean buckets.
1. The bag should be stored in dry place, protected from moisture.
2. Use the material before 7 days once the bag is open. After taking out plaster from the bag,
close the bag.
3. Shelf life of sealed pack is 3 months.
1. Add desired quantity of P.O.P/Gypsum plaster in
water not water in P.O.P/Gypsum plaster / one
coat.
2. Normally 100 gm. Of gypsum plaster is mixed in 70
ml water
3. Mix it by the help of mechanical stirrer or by hand
to get a homogenous paste.
4. Apply the Paste on the desired surface.
5. DO not use wet hands to pick the plaster from bag.
6. After drying for usually 72 hours, leveled surface is
ready for paint application
